Day 31 - Introspection

It’s been a month since the lockdown has been in force and so much has changed over these last few weeks. As the world has come to a standstill, we have started to appreciate and respect people more, understood what it means to be a house wife, how responsibilities are important and key to keep family together. If you look at how the situation is, it probably happened for the best. The pandemic has caused a lot of chaos but it made us be human beings first. While some people became lazy and crazy, others became very active and ready to take up responsibilities of the household.

A few weeks back, some of us had lost hope or even felt very uncomfortable staying at home. Now it's been a month and everyone are used to it and also patience has taken over everyone. Time has healed us all and made us the best version of ourself or some of us. When the lockdown was announced I decided, I committed to be useful to myself and the people around me and have been hosting play reading sessions everyday, inspiring people to read through my blog, working out regularly to keep myself fit, doing chores at home to make my mom’s work feel lighter, brainstorming ideas on my notebook. It goes without saying that the quarantine period has woken me up and made me realize so many things in life. Keeping your mind, body and soul fit everyday is important to be healthy and not just one of them.

Personally I feel I have made a drastic change in my life and become much more useful person. Take small actions that change into big accountable and impactful activity. What you resist will persist, what you welcome will clear your thoughts. It’s important for us to continue to wade through this difficult times and be useful to yourself and others around us. Look at yourself and see if you have changed for good or for bad. What I mean to say is that if you made the effort to get better or become worse. I’l stop at that note and take your leave.

Signing off for today
